Vector continues shopping spree with French takeover
Vector is a specialist in the development and testing of automotive electronics. It also has a broad product portfolio for performing tests at the system, functional and code levels of distributed embedded systems. With the acquisition of the French company, Vector now expands its testing portfolio with Squore, a software development dashboard to improve the quality and performance of software projects.
Squoring Technologies was founded in 2010 in Toulouse. The 10 employees will be integrated into the Vector Group and managed by Patrick Artola, CEO of Squoring Technologies. “Squoring is another building block in Vector’s strategy to provide a comprehensive solution for the verification and validation of complex embedded software systems. It fits perfectly into Vector’s portfolio for functional and code testing,” said Thomas Riegraf, CEO of Vector. The acquisition agreements were signed in mid-June.
