Video looks at “The Internet of Things that Really Matter”
Andreas Thiel, Executive Vice President, Wireless Product Development, and co-founder of u-blox, has previously been quoted using the term "The Internet of Things that Really Matter" to refer to applications where performance and reliability are critical. Three key such areas that the company has highlighted are business-to-business applications like the Connected Car, Connected Cities, and the Industrial Internet.
The video itself (4:12, see below) describes the company’s product focus in cellular communications, short-range Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and satellite positioning, as well as the three markets in which it is active: industrial, automotive and consumer. The video focuses on industrial and automotive IoT applications and how, together, the company’s technologies are "able to control every-day processes from start to finish."
