OK Labs has also developed a highly secure COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) mobile platform with Fixmo, in a joint initiative announced in February. Its objective is to create and commercialise a highly secure COTS mobile platform to meet the needs of military, federal government, and civilian organisations.

The partners are creating a reference solution that combines mobile virtualisation with firmware and system software for integrity assurance, policy compliance, and device audit.
