The RF device offers a complete solution for deploying wireless sensor networks and real-time locating systems based on the IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee international standard in a simple and fast way.
The unit is sealed to IP65 for protection against dust and water, it integrates a tri-axial accelerometer to detect lack of movement or falls, Qi inductive charge, as well as a buzzer to alert users. The Sirius Quantum 2.0 is well suited for use in applications where global positioning systems cannot work properly, for example tunnels or buildings.
