Windows® Logo Testing for HD Audio

When the tests successfully pass and Microsoft certifies the results, the OEM or system manufacturer can then display the “Windows® 7” logo on the system packaging. Externally connected devices, such as a USB headset, can qualify to display “Compatible with Windows® 7” by passing the device tests. Complete systems can pass the system tests only if all of the devices on the system have logo’d driver packages.
