Each of these devices integrates a power amplifier, switch, LNA with bypass, and a power detector coupler for improved accuracy and is provided in a 3-mm x 3-mm x 1.0-mm, 16-pin laminate package.

The ultra-small form factor and integrated matching minimizes layout area in the application and greatly reduces the number of external components. This simplifies the total front end solution with a reduced bill of materials, smaller system footprint, and lower manufacturing cost.

The RFFM8200 features Pout of 18 dBm, 11n, 3.3-V at 2% dynamic EVM and 21 dBm, 11b, meeting spectral mask. The RFFM8500 features Pout of 16 dBm, 11n, 54 Mbps at 2% dynamic EVM.
