ETS-Lindgren’s measurement software, EMQuest, now includes full automation of the UXM, making set-up and operation simple and repeatable. Keysight claims to be the only test equipment vendor that can supply all of the instrumentation required for both SISO and MIMO OTA, providing a simplified supply chain and support service to customers.

ETS-Lindgren antenna measurement systems, using EMQuest™ antenna measurement software, provide customers with a state-of-the-art test environment. This system delivers the most accurate and reliable platform for performing OTA measurements. And, since ongoing advancements are consistently being developed for both the hardware and software, customers have a versatile platform that is upgradable for future OTA test requirements.

Recent enhancements to the UXM wireless test set include support for the very latest LTE-A evolutions, such as 1.6 Gbps data rates, up to 8×4 downlink MIMO and 5 CC. The UXM also supports 2G and 3G technologies, making it an ideal choice for testing the latest wireless UEs from the simplest Internet-Of-Things devices to the most advanced smartphones. Keysight provides a one-stop-shop for instrumentation, including wireless test sets and channel emulators.

“System Integrators, including ETS-Lindgren, recognize the capability, quality and ease-of-use of the UXM platform,” said Satish Dhanasekaran, general manager of Keysight’s Wireless Devices and Operator Segment. “ETS-Lindgren can now provide complete OTA test solutions using leading Keysight instrumentation. This includes network analysers, spectrum analysers, channel emulators and now the UXM wireless test set, and it’s all backed up by Keysight’s global services and support.”
