X7R stacked MLC capacitors in 0.56µF to 120 µF values
Featuring high dielectric constant (K), the SMM series capacitors provide an extended range of capacitance values in a small case size, freeing up valuable board space. The new devices feature a voltage range of 50V to 500V, a capacitance range of 0.56µF to 120 µF, and an operating temperature range of -55 to +125°C. Available in SMM3, SMM4, and SMM5 styles, the series also offers various lead options that provide effective mechanical decoupling of the ceramic capacitors from the board, minimizing stresses during board flexing, vibration, or temperature cycling. Attached to the lead frame with high-temperature solder, Super X7R SMM stacked MLC capacitors have no risk of solder reflow during assembly to the board. Additionally, a Hi-Rel screening option, per MIL-PRF-49470 (B-Level reliability), is available.
