ZigBee modules come pre-ceritified – in distribution
The family includes the ETRX358x modules, designed to add connectivity with Thread low-power, IPv6-addressable, self-healing mesh networking with advanced security implemented at the networking layer. Telegesis ETRX35x modules are complete, fully certified wireless modules that integrate the antenna and provide a pre-certified RF design. Based on an ARM Cortex-M3 processor, and offering up to 512 kBytes of flash memory and up to 64 kBytes of RAM, the modules are available with either an integrated chip antenna or U.FL coaxial connector. Features such as JTAG Programming and real-time packet tracing, hardware-supported AES-128 encryption, 24 general-purpose inputs/outputs (GPIO), 16 radio channels, a 250 kbit/s over-the-air data rate, and a robust Wi-Fi and Bluetooth coexistence are included.
