Zynq-7000 SoC range now at Mouser
The series is a fully programmable and flexible alternative to traditional SoCs. The Zynq-7000 range is powered by dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processors that are integrated with 7 series 28nm programmable logic for excellent power and performance. The SoCs provide up to 6.6M logic cells of logic and 12.5Gb/s transceivers. The Zynq-7000S range provides a lower cost entry point to the Zynq-7000 SoCs with a single-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor and 28nm Artix-7 based programmable logic.
The integrated programmable logic is connected to a processing system with over 3,000 interconnects for up to 100Gb/s of I/O bandwidth. There are over 10 different single-core or dual-core devices in the Zynq-7000 SoC range.
