Static configuration results in a compact and very fast kernel, making Microsar OS Multi-Core optimal for embedded applications. It can be extended by memory protection or execution time protection. The operating system services provide the interfaces known from OSEK/VDX and AUTOSAR, making it easy for automotive ECU developers to use. The new OS conforms to the AUTOSAR standard.
