For the start, the company’s website went live in seven countries: the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, US and Japan. OKdo's projects portal will help makers connect and bounce ideas off each other, while entrepreneurs and industrial designers will benefit from industry-leading support, including manufacturing, prototyping, and a free cloud-based IoT development platform.
With the move, the new company plans to tap the fast-growing markets of single-board computers – such computers are not only in demand by large OEMs and system integrators, but also by an unmissable crowd of small businesses, freelance developers, semi-professionals and hobbyists.
