These high precision linear sensors are small diameter contactless devices designed for industrial and commercial OEM applications in the factory automation, industrial, and test and measurement markets. The LA-9.5 AC-LVDTs feature infinite resolution, excellent linearity, and a wide operating temperature range, making them suitable for a wide variety of OEM position sensing applications where small size is important. The 9.5mm OD SS body comes in 7 ranges from ±0.64 to ±50.8mm with excellent stroke-to-length ratios, for use in the -55 to 125ºC temperature range. The LA-9.5 series miniature AC-LVDTs operate from a nominal 3 Vrms, 2.5 - 3.3 kHz excitation source. When mated with ASG’s SC-200 DIN-rail-mountable industrial AC-LVDT signal conditioner, an LA-9.5 series LVDT becomes part of a complete position measurement solution, especially where installation space is at a premium.
