Sondrel to create 100 engineering jobs
The employment will reflect an investment of £10 million Sondrel plans to make and follows on from Sondrel’s acquisition of the IMGWorks team from Imagination Technologies Group plc; a move that increased the engineering headcount of the company to over 250 in July of this year (see Sondrel agrees to buy Imagination SoC design group).
Sondrel has expanded rapidly in recent years opening design centers in the UK, China and Morocco and with the acquisition of IMGWorks office locations in the UK and India have been added bring the design centre number up to eight.
“We have committed to invest an additional £10 million in our engineering resources over the next three years, confident in the visibility of opportunities we see emerging for new technology solutions from both existing clients and new prospects who are speaking to us,” said Graham Curren, Sondrel CEO, in a statement.
