CUI Devices rebrands as Same Sky

Electronic components manufacturer CUI Devices has changed its name to Same Sky.
The company traces its roots back to 1989 when CUI Inc. started by selling oscilloscopes and electromechanical components, then began designing and selling AC-DC power supplies and DC-DC converters.
In September 2019, a group of senior managers purchased the electronic components part of the business to form CUI Devices, manufacturing audio, interconnect, motion, relay, sensor, switch and thermal management components.
All manufacturing sites, business processes, bills of materials, model numbers, back-end software systems, and key company contacts will remain intact. Same Sky’s global distribution network will not change, nor will the company’s supply chain. The company has contract manufacturing in China, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam and Thailand.
