Hirose launches industry’s smallest 0.6mm crimp power connector
Hirose has expanded its SignalBee smaller wire-to-board connector with the smallest crimp system in the industry.
The DF53 has a height of 1.45 mm and a depth of 3.55 mm with a 0.6mm pitch to bring power to wearable battery connections.
The crimp connector supports up to 1.3A of current max when using two positions for power. It has a high-strength lance design to prevent cable disconnect during wiring and a double lock design with friction and contact for a high retention force.

The DF53 Series single row connector uses a box-shaped contact design the ensures contact stability from above and below. The box-shaped contact on the cable side also prevents deformation when handling the cable assembly.
The single row crimp connector series is available in a 14 position version that allows mating conditions to be checked.
