KCB offers experience in Si, GaAs and GaN, as well as hermetic SMT packaging approaches utilizing thermally-enhanced materials including LTCC, HTCC, and AlN. Products manufactured include custom and standard single and multi-chip surface-mount components and hybrids.
Recent product releases include a new line of standard, Hi-Rel, QFN packaged, SPST through SP4T switches, digital attenuators, and a wideband power amplifier. These GaAs devices meet the screening and qualification requirements of MIL-PRF-38534 and MIL-PRF-38535. Also on display at IMS will be a new line of high power switches. These SPST through SP6T switches are ready for high power-handling requirements from 50 to 200 W. They’re available in standard QFN packages and thermally-conductive flange-mount packages.
